To help us fix it quickly, please tell us:

• Which tool you used
• Your device and browser (for example "iPhone 15, Safari" or "Windows 11, Chrome")
• The type and rough size of the file
• What happened, and any error message you saw

Please don't send us your files unless we ask – they may be personal, and in most cases we don't need them.
