Things to know about the finished PDF
Your PNG quality is kept
PNG files go into the PDF with no loss of quality. Screenshots stay sharp, but a PDF made from many large images can get big. If it ends up too large to send, run it through Compress PDF.
Text won't be selectable
A PNG is a picture, so words in a screenshot stay part of that picture in the PDF. You won't be able to search or copy them.
Transparent areas
Transparent parts of your image show the page behind them, which is white in most PDF viewers and on printed paper.
Need the reverse? PDF to PNG saves each page as an image. For photos, use JPG to PDF.
Frequently asked questions
How do I combine multiple PNG files into one PDF?
Add all of your PNG images at once, put them in the order you want, and click Convert to PDF. Each image becomes one page of the same PDF.
Will the PDF have a watermark?
No. There is no watermark, no sign-up and no limit on how many PDFs you make.
Will my PNG lose quality in the PDF?
No. PNG files are embedded with their original pixels, so screenshots and text in images stay sharp.
Can I search the text in my PDF?
No. The PDF contains your images, so any words in them are part of the picture and can't be searched or copied.
